Success in 12 Months: At Your Service
We’re now into the third week of the final month of my “Success in 12 Months” blog series, and we’re wrapping the series up with the topic of giving back.
If you’re not accustomed to giving, it may stem from the belief you don’t have anything to offer. Come on!
Simply because you made it to the 12th month of this success program proves you have much to give.
You just need a little help opening your mind to giving of yourself.
Do you attend a church or have friends who do? Ask them if they could use a little help with an event this year.
In the United States, we have an organization called “Habitat for Humanity.” Individuals and businesses can donate money, supplies or time to this cause. The cause is building new homes for low income people or providing needed repairs/maintenance to homes. The elderly are often unable to do or afford larger maintenance repairs. HFH volunteers do the work for them.
This week’s assignment is to research a person, group or organization that could use a helping hand.
Document these in your success journal.
