Ethics, Policies & Procedures

I look forward to working with you to support you in accomplishing your goals. I want you to be familiar with the following code of ethics and policies and procedures so you’re able to get the most from our coaching and/or consulting relationship. Please contact me with any questions you might have.

Here’s how it works:

Tarot & Lenormand Consultation Code of Ethics

I am here to serve my clients’ needs; I will serve their best interests, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm.

I treat everyone with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual orientation.

I represent myself and my abilities with honesty and integrity. I believe your future is in your hands and you have free will and the ability to change anything you do not like in the consultation.

I do not solve crimes, pick lottery numbers or locate lost items. I do not predict death dates nor try to diagnose illness. I am not a medium – meaning I do not talk to the dead. I am not a mind reader, so please do not use your session to test or challenge me—you will be wasting both our times, as well as your money.

I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide. I am not a lawyer, financial advisor, or doctor; therefore, I am not qualified to dispense such types of advice.

All Tarot and Lenormand consultations are confidential. Your information will never be shared with anyone, unless you request otherwise or if it is required by a court of law.

I will never call you and bother you.  I will never contact you to come in to have a Tarot or Lenormand consultation. I do not solicit in any way.

As a matter of policy, I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

If I feel your behavior is addictive, I may refuse to  conduct a Tarot consultation for you.  I do not encourage addiction to psychics, astrologers, Tarot or Lenormand consultants.

I will not conduct a Tarot or Lenormand consultation for anyone under the age of 18 without a parent present.

 Cancellations and No-Shows

I have a VERY strict no-show policy.  If you pull a no-show, you do not get another appointment with me, ever. I require a 24-hour notice if you cannot make it.  It takes only ONE MINUTE to call or e-mail me to re-schedule.  I expect you to extend the same courtesy to me that you would to the other service providers in your life (such as your doctor, lawyer, dentist, etc.).  Understand that when you do not show or call, I cannot make that time available for another client – so please be mindful! If you do not show up for your appointment or if you do not give me a 24-hour notice for cancellation, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited.  It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your appointment.

 Disclaimer

Tarot and Lenormand consultations are for entertainment purposes only. By participating in/reading my tarot service/website/blog/email series, you acknowledge that I am not a lawyer, licensed psychologist, financial advisor, business consultant or health care professional and my services do not replace the care of  attorneys, business consultants, financial advisors, psychologists or other healthcare professionals. Tarot and Lenormand are in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. I will at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills and care. However, I cannot guarantee the outcome of Tarot or Lenormand efforts and/or recommendations on my website/blog and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. I cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver the Tarot or Lenormand services purchased as described.

 Coaching Policies and Procedures

Payment: Payment needs to be received by the first of each month or in advance of our first coaching session in a package. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. I don’t permit late payments, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Telephone: Call me at (843) 708-2199. Please be on time for calls.

In-person sessions: Please be on time for your sessions.

Calls: Our agreement includes 4 calls per month, each for 60 minutes unless otherwise specified. You will find that sometimes we communicate very efficiently and you get what you need from the conversation quickly, and other times we’ll need more time. The time we spend interacting by phone and e-mail will be co-designed based on your needs.  Sessions DO NOT carry over past the expiration period. The same applies to in-person sessions.

Changes: If you need to re-schedule your call, please give me at least 24 hours notice. If you have an emergency, we’ll work around it; otherwise a missed call or in-person session cannot be made up. If you miss a session without giving me adequate notice, you will still be charged for the session.

Extra: You may call me between our calls if you need advice, support, or can’t wait to share a success or have a problem. I enjoy providing this extra level of service. I ask that you keep the extra calls to 5 or 10 minutes, please.

Problems:  If I ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. I promise to do what’s necessary to have you be satisfied.

Length of service:  You may renew your package as many times as you like, and I will send you a renewal invoice if we have not discussed completion.  If you will not be renewing, please give me notice well before your last session, so we can both plan accordingly.

Referrals and recommendations: I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide. I am not a lawyer, financial advisor, or doctor; therefore, I am not qualified to dispense such types of advice.

Confidentiality: Our coaching relationship is strictly confidential. Everything we discuss is confidential unless there is a compelling professional reason for its disclosure, such as to prevent harm to you or someone else.
